Spacious studio flat with mezzanine in the charming medieval village of Finalborgo, 1.5 km from the sea. Convenient to all main services (pharmacy, supermarket, launderette, bus stop). The apartment is located on the second floor of a building 50 meters from Porta Testa, and consists of a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom, sitting area in the mezzanine. In June 2023 we moved the double bed from the mezzanine to the space below, now the sleeping area also benefits from air conditioning.

The following are available: Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning, heating, TV, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, sheets, towels, soap, hairdryer. Bike parking spaces available on request for a fee.

Finalborgo, reviewed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is enclosed within medieval walls and characterized by fifteenth-century and later buildings and artisan shops. There are numerous shops for outdoor enthusiasts and restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine.
